Hing Air Ltd. Warranty Statement
Effective for new and existing equipment, subject to proper maintenance.

Warranty on New Equipment
Hing Air Ltd. warrants all work and products supplied by our firm, subject to the following conditions:

Warranty Period

A one (1) year warranty applies to all products and services supplied by Hing Air Ltd., provided that regular planned maintenance is completed by Hing Air Ltd.

Coverage
-
The warranty covers all non-consumable components.
-
Wearable or consumable items—such as belts, air filters, contactors, refrigerant, corrosion, or conditions caused by misuse, excessive vibration, electrical supply issues, and other factors outside normal operating parameters—are not covered.

Service Hours
-
Warranty service is addressed during regular prescheduled business hours only.

24/7 emergency service is available with a labor differential charged for warranty work completed outside regular business hours.

Travel to the site is billed at prevailing rates.

Third-Party Equipment
-
Hing Air Ltd. does not warrant any equipment or parts supplied by others.

Replacement Parts
-
Replacement parts covered under warranty will be shipped collect to the site.

These parts will not be billed once the failed part is returned to Hing Air Ltd.

Liability Limitations
-
Hing Air Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any third-party losses, downtime, or business interruption resulting from equipment being out of service or awaiting replacement components.

Access Costs
-
Costs and labor associated with accessing sites or equipment are not covered by the warranty.

These costs include, but are not limited to, cranes, manlifts, travel, safety impediments, or hazardous usage.

Hing Air Ltd. warrants all work and products supplied by our firm, subject to the following conditions:

Warranty Period

A Thirty (30) day warranty applies to all products and services supplied by Hing Air Ltd.

Coverage

The warranty covers only the parts directly replaced by Hing Air Ltd.

All other items on the equipment or as part of the process are not covered.

Wearable or consumable items—such as belts, air filters, contactors, refrigerant, corrosion, or conditions caused by misuse, excessive vibration, and other factors outside normal operating parameters—are not covered.

Service Hours

General Terms

This warranty does not cover conditions caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, or improper installation by parties other than Hing Air Ltd.

All warranty claims must be reported to Hing Air Ltd. within the applicable warranty period.
